                                                                                    Acknowledgement and Consent                                                                                              

    I consent to allow any Doodie Fresh, LLC employee to come into my yard to professionally clean up the pet waste on my grass and any patio/concrete areas.

    Doodie Fresh, LLC employee will also spot spray a deodorizer on any walkway or deck, if needed, to neutralize the odors of pet waste or urine.

    All pet waste will be double bagged and discretely placed in your outside trash container.

    During our visit, we will be your second set of eyes.  We will advise you of any worms or loose stools.

    If your dog is prone to biting, please arrange to have your dog(s) inside or chained during our service visit.  This is for the safety of any Doodie Fresh, LLC employee.

    If you have a lock on your gate, please arrange to have the lock removed and/or lock combination/key given to a Doodie Fresh, LLC employee prior to our service visit.
