Do I have to sign any type of service contract? Absolutely not. Service can be started or stopped with a simple phone call. We do require you to sign a consent form that allows us access to your property to conduct the necessary pet waste clean up.
Does Doodie Fresh offer gift certificates? Absolutely yes. Your pet friends will love you for thinking of them. Please note that we currently provide service to the south bay region only.
How often do you provide service? Typically, most clients prefer service once a week for 1 dog, and twice a week for 2 dogs. However, we can certainly cater the frequency of service days based on your needs. Please let us know if you prefer service more than once a week or less than four times a month.
What areas do you service? We currently service the following areas: Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Peninsula and surrounding areas, San Pedro, South Lomita, and South Torrance. Please see map for details.
Can the dog be outside while you are servicing the yard? Absolutely! We love dogs! In fact, with your permission, we carry treats and would love to share them with your dog. If your dogs are outside, we will come and meet with them first so they feel comfortable with us. If however, your dogs are aggressive and/or will not allow us into the yard will have to be restrained or confined while the service takes place.
What happens if it's raining? We work in most weather. However, if it's really heavy rain and/or lightning storms, then we may plan to stay home instead. If a storm continues throughout the day, your service may be delayed. If this occurs, your service day will be made up within the week. Missed service days are most often made up within a 24-48 hour period. We appreciate your understanding.
What happens with the poop? There's no mystery about it. We double bag it and discreetly place it in your outside trash can.
What happens on holidays? If your scheduled service day falls on an observed holiday (these are dates that are generally observed by Federal employees), we will not provide service on that date. Your service will be rescheduled to another day within that week.
Can I stop or suspend service at any time? Absolutely. We realize that you may be away on vacation an not need service during that time. You may start, cancel, or change the type of service at any time.
What if I need to skip a service date? Simply call us a day in advance and we'll note it in our calendar.
Do I need to unlock my gate? Yes. Our employees will not climb or jump over fences to get into your yard. You may provide us with a gate lock key or combination if that is more convenient for you.
How do you bill for your service? Your first payment is due when service starts. We mail out invoices by the 20th of the month. These invoices reflect the amount due for the upcoming service month. Payments are due by the 1st of the month to avoid interruption to your service. We accept payments online via Paypal, cash, or checks. A late fee of $5 may be charged if your account is not paid by the 15th of the service month. Also, there is a $25 return check fee.
Do your charge extra for the first time? If there is significant amount of accumulated waste, then a $20 + $1 per minute of actual scoop time will apply.
Do you offer 1 time only service? Yes. This service is very popular with Realtors and property managers.
Why should I pay you to clean up after my dog? Because you hate doing it.
Why should I be concerned about cleaning up after my dog? Dogs play in it, walk in it, roll in it, and sometimes eat it. They often pick up serious diseases from it. Many of these diseases and/or parasites are transmittable to other dogs, cats, and even humans.

We are very conscientious about the finest details and keeping to our promise of complete satisfaction. Our philosophy is "We can "doo" it right every time. If for some reason we fail at "dooing" it right, we will either return within 24-48 hours to complete the job or not charge you for that week's service.
